Turnaround is usually 3–6 business days for Basic and Standard packages, and 7 business days for Premium edits. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
We accept the most common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, and MOV. If you’re unsure, just send what you have, we’ll take it from there.
